About the role

The Executive Retail Sales professional will be the face of Interwood Mobel, engaging customers throughout the showroom to drive sales and deliver exceptional service. You will guide clients from their first inquiry to the final purchase, ensuring a seamless and satisfying buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets by proactively engaging customers and showcasing the product range.
• Provide outstanding customer service, answer inquiries, demonstrate product features, and advise on buying decisions.
• Prepare sales orders, manage transactions, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow up post‑sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain product displays, price tags, and showroom cleanliness; participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team members to boost overall sales performance and foster a positive environment.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic proficiency with sales software and Microsoft Office applications.
