GTM Engineer

About the role

Beam is looking for a GTM Engineer to support and scale its go‑to‑market operations and automation infrastructure. This entry‑level position is ideal for a proactive, resourceful individual who enjoys solving problems and building systems that directly impact growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain workflows in HubSpot and other GTM tools.
• Support inbound lead routing, enrichment, and automation processes.
• Manage outbound tooling and infrastructure using platforms such as Clay, Smartlead, and HeyReach.
• Improve CRM organization, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them with AI tools and no‑code platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to boost execution efficiency.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and proactively enhance systems.
• Document processes clearly and help create scalable internal systems.
• Test and experiment with new tools, workflows, and automation ideas.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in operations, growth, sales ops, GTM, or related analytical roles.
• Highly proactive, eager to learn quickly, and comfortable working independently.
• Enjoys solving problems and building efficient processes.
