Head of Food Service (HoReCa) – Pakistan

About the role

Flora Food Group is seeking an experienced Head of Food Service to lead the growth of its HoReCa and bakery portfolio across Pakistan. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will drive expansion of spreads and ingredients into the out‑of‑home channel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue rapid, profitable penetration opportunities in the Out‑of‑Home channel nationwide.
• Lead product forecasting and manage growth across all food‑service sub‑channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships aligned with business targets.
• Rationalize trade spend, ensure timely distributor orders, and monitor forecasts.
• Evaluate and introduce value‑added products such as industrial and bakery fats & creams.
• Track competitor activity and report insights to senior sales leadership.
• Achieve sales growth by expanding food‑ingredient sales to existing and new customers, including export opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with 8‑10 years of relevant experience in sales, customer marketing, and account management.
• Proven track record developing the HoReCa channel, preferably in dairy applications.
• Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and cross‑functional capabilities.
• Resilient work ethic, ability to handle pressure, and effective team collaboration.
