About the role
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team in Lahore. The role involves overseeing the full spectrum of HR activities, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring a supportive and compliant workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Oversee employee relations and address workplace issues.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support performance management processes, including monitoring progress.
- Handle employee queries and HR‑related correspondence.
- Coordinate benefits administration and wellness initiatives.
- Contribute to organizational change and culture transformation projects.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem‑solving aptitude and strong organizational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR software and tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
