Industrial Spray Painting Technician

About the role

Climate Coat is seeking a full‑time Industrial Spray Painting Technician to work on‑site in Karachi. The technician will apply advanced protective coatings to HVAC and refrigeration equipment, ensuring durability in challenging environments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
• Mix paints or coatings according to specifications.
• Apply spray paint or coatings to various HVAC‑R equipment using spray equipment.
• Conduct quality control checks to verify finish consistency and coverage.
• Maintain and clean spray equipment and related tools.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.

Required profile

• Proficiency in spray painting and general painting techniques.
• Knowledge of coating types and their applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality finishes.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work efficiently in a team.
• Prior experience in industrial or similar settings is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is an advantage.
• Physical ability to operate spray equipment and stand for extended periods.
