About the role

CS Outsource is seeking a Local Recruiter to lead on‑site hiring for its operations in Johar Town, Lahore. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring a structured, consistent, and professional hiring process that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for on‑site positions, from posting to onboarding.
• Draft and publish job advertisements that accurately reflect role requirements.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates throughout the process.
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
• Identify and suggest improvements to hiring processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an on‑site environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
• Comfortable working within structured reporting lines and maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from 60,000 PKR to 120,000 PKR per month, based on experience.
• Shift: EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM), six days a week.
• On‑site work in Johar Town, Lahore.
