About the role
The Assistant Operations Manager will support daily production, inventory and logistics activities at Dahab Foods in Lahore, ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with food‑safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate shift schedules and monitor workflow across production lines.
- Track resource utilization, performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Assist in process‑improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues in collaboration with production and quality teams.
- Maintain smooth order fulfillment by working closely with cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Food Technology or related field.
- Previous experience in operations or production supervision, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality control and hygiene standards.
- Effective communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Workflow coordination and resource planning.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Basic use of productivity or ERP tools.
