Baynam Studio is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive international growth for its video editing and graphic design services. The role focuses on lead generation, pipeline management, and consultative selling to expand the client base across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads in international markets, with a focus on video editing and graphic design sectors.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, tracking progress, forecasting sales, and prioritising opportunities.
• Engage in consultative selling, understanding client needs and presenting customised solutions.
• Develop compelling proposals and negotiate contract terms to close profitable deals.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships to increase Baynam Studio’s market presence.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis to spot trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
• Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to refine business development strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in business development or sales.
• Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
