About the role
Podium is looking for an Associate Sales Development Representative to work onsite in Lahore. You will prospect, educate and qualify leads, turning conversations into sales‑ready opportunities for our AI employee solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales‑ready opportunities.
- Align Podium solutions with prospect business objectives and needs.
- Collaborate with sales reps to schedule calls, meetings and demos.
- Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily and maintain accurate CRM data.
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments, demos and closed deals.
Required profile
- Located in Lahore and able to work onsite.
- Fluent English communication.
- 4‑year degree preferred, Business or related field.
- At least 3 months of customer‑facing experience in the US market; US sales experience preferred.
