About the role
BPO Impact is expanding its US B2B Construction Services sales team in Lahore and seeks experienced Sales Development Representatives / Business Development Executives for a night‑shift, on‑site role.
Key responsibilities
- Execute outbound cold‑calling campaigns targeting US‑based contractors, builders and construction companies.
- Identify, prospect, qualify and schedule appointments with decision‑makers.
- Deliver sales pitches, handle objections and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain CRM records and track performance against KPIs.
Required profile
- 2+ years of SDR, BDE or outbound B2B sales experience.
- Proven ability to engage US business owners and decision‑makers.
- Excellent spoken English with professional communication.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Cold‑calling and lead qualification.
- CRM platform usage.
- Sales prospecting tools.
