Commercial Analyst – E‑Commerce

About the role

We are seeking an analytical and commercially driven Commercial Analyst to support e‑commerce decision‑making through financial analysis, market intelligence, pricing analysis, and data‑driven reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance, budgets, forecasts and commercial opportunities.
• Extract, analyse and validate sales and financial data to prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and pricing movements to identify opportunities and risks.
• Analyse digital pricing structures, customer data and market trends to support pricing and margin optimisation.
• Prepare business insights, presentations and reports for management review.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial analytics, data analytics, business analysis or a similar role.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau.
