Construction Manager – Mechanical

About the role

MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Mechanical) to lead on‑site mechanical works for high‑rise projects in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, managing schedules and cost estimates.
• Coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet contractual performance conditions.
• Supervise mechanical systems including heating, cooling, refrigeration, piping and plumbing.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits, quality assurance and safety inspections, and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing new‑construction and remodeling projects.
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building‑code requirements and scheduling.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and safety.
