Customer Service Sales Specialist (US Clients)

About the role

Protechs Solution is hiring 20 International Sales & Customer Success Specialists in Karachi (Shahra-e-Faisal) to assist US-based clients by phone and chat. The work covers handling inquiries, resolving issues and delivering an excellent customer experience. It is a night shift, starting at 6:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls and chats from US customers and resolve their inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Deliver professional, empathetic customer service.
• Use CRM and other support software while handling customers.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent.
• Minimum Matric/O Levels; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Aged 18+ with basic computer and MS Office skills.
• Customer service or call centre experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Base salary of Rs. 100,000 plus commission on sales (average take-home of 130K-150K depending on performance).
