Customer Support Specialist - UK Campaign

About the role

FlowFix is hiring Customer Support Specialists for an established UK-based international campaign, based on Murree Road near Metro Station in Rawalpindi. The position is full time, five working days a week, with rotational or night shifts, and requires willingness to work according to UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from UK customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide professional assistance
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear and effective communication
• Maintain a friendly, confident and professional approach while handling customer queries

Required profile

• Clear, fluent and professional English listening and speaking skills with a UK/British accent
• Matric, Intermediate or Bachelor's qualification, flexible for candidates with strong English communication skills
• Previous UK/international campaign or call center experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of UK areas, cities, regions, postcodes or general UK geography is preferred
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
