Data Analyst – Advanced Excel & Billing Specialist

About the role

The Amanah Group of Companies seeks an Operations & Data Analyst with advanced Excel expertise to manage billing and shipment reconciliation for courier partners. The role is onsite in Lahore, focusing on accurate data handling and revenue protection.

Key responsibilities

• Process, clean, and format raw Excel data from courier and logistics partners, ensuring accuracy.
• Apply pricing matrices and courier costs to shipments, calculating profit margins.
• Merge, reconcile, and audit multiple courier invoices into structured datasets.
• Maintain a master Excel sheet tracking customer shipment manifests and reconcile against invoices.
• Identify billed vs. unbilled shipments, audit for discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with operations teams.
• Compile daily and weekly reports on billing status, profit margins, and anomalies.

Required profile

• Highly analytical individual with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to interpret cost calculations and margins.
• Effective collaborator with operations teams to resolve billing issues.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, nested IF statements).
• Data validation, cleaning, and reconciliation techniques for large datasets.
• Numerical and analytical skills for percentage, cost, and margin analysis.
