eBay Account Manager – Marketplace Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented eBay Account Manager to lead and expand our eBay marketplace operations. The role is target‑driven and focuses on maintaining account health while achieving growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily eBay account activities and ensure excellent account health.
• Create, optimise and maintain high‑quality product listings.
• Handle category mapping, product feeds and backend item attributes.
• Monitor orders, inventory, returns and buyer communications.
• Ensure product data accuracy and compliance with marketplace policies.
• Troubleshoot listing errors, feed issues and integration challenges.
• Optimise titles, descriptions, keywords and SEO to boost visibility and sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads, updates and catalog management.
• Track marketplace KPIs and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales, growth and performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing eBay seller accounts or marketplace operations.
• Strong understanding of eBay listing standards, policies and optimisation techniques.
• Experience handling product feeds, flat files and bulk listing uploads.
• Ability to manage multiple SKUs and marketplaces simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment and meeting KPIs.

Required skills

• Channel Engine platform.
• Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, filters and reporting).
• eBay SEO and search ranking optimisation.
