ERP Techno-Functional Consultant - NetSuite & Integrations

About the role

An ERP Techno-Functional Consultant is sought to support business operations, improve ERP processes and build integrations with external applications. Hands-on NetSuite experience is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and turn them into functional configurations and technical solutions.
• Support Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics processes.
• Configure workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, roles and permissions.
• Develop and maintain customizations, automation and integrations with logistics platforms, banking systems, CRM, eCommerce and other applications.
• Manage API integrations, data mapping, validation, synchronization and error handling.
• Troubleshoot functional, technical and integration issues and provide ongoing user support.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments, documentation and user training.
• Collaborate with the ERP Manager, business stakeholders, developers and external vendors.

Required profile

• 3+ years of ERP techno-functional consulting, application support and integration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of ERP business processes and transaction flows.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, authentication and integration troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of scripting, SQL, data migration and reporting.
• Preferred: NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, Saved Searches), Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, Shipwell, and ERP certifications.
