Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and results‑driven Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle. You will source top‑tier talent, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and partner closely with hiring managers and clients to meet hiring goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive timely closure of assigned vacancies in line with the hiring plan.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for each role.
• Assess candidates using approved screening and assessment tools to maximise shortlist‑to‑interview conversion.
• Manage offers to achieve high acceptance rates while adhering to compensation guidelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver high‑quality candidate recommendations.
• Maintain accurate weekly recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal audits, background verifications, and SOPs.
• Participate in employer‑branding events, job fairs, and talent‑pool building activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end hiring processes and meet targets.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with candidate screening tools.
• Understanding of compensation benchmarking and negotiation.
