Relationship Manager B2B (Banking)

About the role

HRPSP is hiring two experienced Relationship Managers for B2B banking in the North Region of Pakistan, based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate has a strong background in banking, business development and corporate relationship management, with proven experience acquiring and managing SME and business clients and growing banking relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new B2B and SME clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key business accounts.
• Drive deposit growth, account activity and client retention.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for POS machines, payment gateways and other banking solutions.
• Support merchant-to-distributor payment solutions and business transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding, service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Relevant experience in B2B relationship management, key account management or business banking.
• Sound understanding of SME banking, deposits, payment solutions and financial products.
• Ability to manage business relationships across the North Region.
