Sales Manager – Commercial HVAC (VRF, Chillers, AHUs)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial air‑conditioning business, covering VRF systems, chillers, AHUs and FCUs. The role combines strategic market development with hands‑on leadership of a dedicated sales team to drive growth across commercial, industrial and institutional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for VRF, chillers and other HVAC products.
• Lead, motivate and coach the HVAC sales team to meet objectives.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities in commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and corporate clients to generate inquiries and specifications.
• Track project pipelines, engage consultants early and secure product approvals.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, participate in tendering, negotiations and deal closures.
• Coordinate with design, application and project teams for equipment selection, submittals and execution.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with consultants and clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and project developments in the region.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and market feedback to management.
• Ensure effective coordination with internal teams and supply chain for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics (preferred).
• 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the HVAC project sales cycle and networks of consultants and contractors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet targets in a competitive market.
