Sales Manager – Life Insurance

About the role

This full-time, on-site Sales Manager position in Islamabad will lead a sales team to drive life insurance product sales, set performance targets and monitor results to meet business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Coach, mentor and train sales staff, conduct regular sales meetings.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports, collaborate with marketing and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, identify new market opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership and team management experience, including target setting and performance monitoring.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills with a background in insurance or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field; advanced sales or insurance certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in a structured corporate environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or sales tracking tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
