About the role

Blueprint Positioning is seeking a full‑time, hybrid Sales Marketing Executive to develop and execute sales and marketing plans that drive business growth and strengthen brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and identify target customers.
  • Manage sales pipelines and support marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
  • Prepare presentations, coordinate with internal teams, and engage with prospective clients.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on market trends and sales activities.

Required profile

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite in Islamabad, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a team‑oriented environment.

  • Sales lead management and client relationship nurturing.
  • Effective communication for client engagement and internal collaboration.
