About the role
As an Employee Relations Partner you will act as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, handling workplace concerns with fairness, neutrality, and care.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end investigation process, managing cases from intake through resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations on a wide range of employee concerns, including human rights, conduct, safety and attendance.
- Maintain detailed investigation logs and supporting documentation.
- Facilitate the open‑door process as an approachable point of contact for employees.
- Collaborate with Legal and HRBPs to design and implement ER processes and tools.
- Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution to achieve fair outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years in HRBP roles with at least 3 years in employee or labor relations.
- Proven conflict‑management ability to de‑escalate tense situations.
- Familiarity with employment laws of Pakistan and India is a strong plus.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills to build trust at all organization levels.
