Senior PPC Manager - Production Planning & Control

About the role

Penna Overseas Corp, a manufacturer of boxing gloves and martial arts equipment, is hiring a Senior PPC (Production Planning & Control) Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for production planning and execution, ensuring smooth, efficient and timely production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the entire production planning process
• Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed on time
• Coordinate with procurement, production and sales teams to meet demand timelines
• Analyze production capacity and optimize resource utilization
• Oversee budgeting, lead time management and performance tracking
• Forecast raw material and labor requirements based on sales projections
• Generate reports and insights for upper management
• Ensure production plans align with business goals

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in production planning and control in the manufacturing sector
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Required skills

• Strong understanding of PPC tools, capacity planning and time management
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel-based planning tools
