About the role

Clasp Media is a digital media agency offering SEO, website design and development, social media management and content creation services to clients ranging from startups to large organizations. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager based in Lahore. The manager plans, creates and schedules content across social platforms, keeps the brand voice consistent and engages the audience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily posts, monitor comments and messages and respond in a timely and professional way
• Develop and run social media strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
• Work with content creators, designers and SEO specialists to optimise the social presence and support broader digital initiatives
• Stay up to date with platform trends and best practices

Required profile

• Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills
• Solid content strategy and writing abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients
• Familiarity with SEO, paid social and branding
• Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
• Relevant agency or brand experience preferred; a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field is beneficial
