About the role
The Territory Sales Manager will drive sales growth within the HoReCa and O&I segments, acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets, buying rates and average turnover.
- Activate and acquire new HoReCa and O&I customers.
- Maintain and regularly update customer records.
- Develop and implement action plans for key customers.
- Visit customers according to schedule and submit reports.
- Organize and support customer panels.
- Provide customer feedback to store and purchasing managers.
- Monitor market and competitors, delivering reports.
- Analyze customer information before visits and set sales objectives.
- Evaluate market share development and monitor budget performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
