About the role

People Perfect is seeking a dynamic Unit Head – Sales & Services (Central) to lead regional business growth, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue across its HR and business solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets across multiple service lines.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver business solutions and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
