Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will identify and engage potential prospects, building relationships based on business buying behavior. This role involves cold‑calling, qualifying leads, and supporting proposal development to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential prospects and develop relationships based on business buying behavior.
• Cold‑call prospects generated from external lead sources.
• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
• Maintain and expand the company’s prospect database.
• Meet targets set by management and assist in content creation and proposal development.
• Make outbound follow‑up calls to existing customers for cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Strong online searching abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Marketing) from a recognized university.
• Comfortable working hours from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
