Business Development Executive (North America)

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for construction decision‑makers in the US and Canada, generating qualified demo bookings for the Business Development Manager. The role operates on US Eastern hours from an onsite office in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Target construction, real‑estate, industrial and infrastructure firms across the US and Canada.
• Identify decision‑makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and similar tools.
• Conduct personalized outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and schedule demos on the BDM’s calendar.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in Trello.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, business development or lead generation.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable with cold calling and disciplined follow‑up.
• Willing to work onsite in Islamabad on US Eastern hours.
