Business Development Manager (BDM) – Lahore

About the role

The Business Development Manager (BDM) in Lahore will expand and manage institutional partnerships, drive student recruitment growth, and promote iae GLOBAL Pakistan’s advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with universities and local partners.
• Represent the company at events, seminars, and meetings.
• Collaborate with counseling and marketing teams to develop outreach plans and track performance metrics.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and provide regular market feedback for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Strong business development and relationship‑management experience, preferably in education or related services.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Ethical judgment, commitment to transparent practices and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Comfort using productivity software and digital communication platforms for reporting and collaboration.
