Business Development Manager – Fertilizer Platform

About the role

ExDimension Inc is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for its online fertilizer trade platform. You will be responsible for expanding the user base, increasing transaction volumes, and managing a team of 15 staff.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard fertilizer traders, distributors, suppliers and customers.
• Develop and execute business development plans to meet sales targets and boost transaction volume.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, digital campaigns, referrals and market visits.
• Negotiate pricing, commissions and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with customer service, trade operations, finance and logistics to ensure smooth transactions.
• Monitor market trends, seasonal demand and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Lead, coach and manage a team of 15 staff members.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or commercial trading, preferably in fertilizer or agricultural inputs.
• Proven ability to manage pipelines, conduct market research and build strategic partnerships.
• Self‑motivated, able to travel for market visits and partner engagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
