Credit Analyst (Home Financing)

About the role

A Sydney-based home financing brokerage, which offers Shariah-compliant financial solutions for the Australian Muslim community, is expanding its operations in Lahore and is hiring five Credit Analysts. Reporting to the Operations Head, the Credit Analyst supports the home financing process by collecting and verifying client information, assessing borrowing capacity, checking lender policies and preparing loan applications. The role ensures compliance with both conventional and Islamic finance principles.

Key responsibilities

• Collect financial and personal information from clients for home financing applications.
• Review and validate documents such as income statements, credit reports and financial statements.
• Check lender policies and Shariah-compliant requirements.
• Analyze financial data to assess clients' borrowing capacity.
• Prepare complete loan applications for submission to lenders.
• Liaise with lenders to resolve queries and keep clients informed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and Shariah-compliant finance standards.
• Suggest and implement improvements to streamline document collection and application processing.

Required profile

• ACCA Affiliate or a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field; additional certifications in Islamic Finance or Credit Management are advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, though prior experience is appreciated.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and document management systems.
• Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 70,000 per month during the first three months, rising to PKR 120,000 after successful completion of probation.
