Customer Sales Representative

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and live chat inquiries effectively.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales records, and any follow‑up actions.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
• Actively pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a customer‑facing position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment and adapt to new processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
