About the role
Edudex is seeking a founding sales executive to own the complete sales process for its CRM platform targeting study‑abroad agencies in Pakistan.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach education consultancies and build relationships with agency owners.
- Present Edudex as a solution, manage meetings, proposals, negotiations and follow‑ups.
- Close monthly and annual subscription deals and coordinate customer onboarding.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and develop a repeatable sales process.
- Help build and train the future sales team.
Required profile
- Experience in education or study‑abroad consultancy and B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow‑up skills with a track record against revenue targets.
- Ability to independently plan and manage a sales pipeline.
What we offer
- Fixed starting salary of PKR 100,000 per month.
- Uncapped commission on monthly and annual subscriptions.
- Clear salary and designation progression (Sales Lead, Sales Manager/Head of Sales).
- Full‑time permanent contract based in Lahore.
