Head of Quality Assurance

About the role

Wilson's Pharma Group is seeking a dynamic Head of Quality Assurance to lead our QA function, strengthen the Quality Management System, and ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System across all manufacturing sites.
• Lead regulatory inspections, audits and investigations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Oversee CAPA, change control, and batch release processes to maintain product quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the QA team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, DRAP, PIC/S and WHO guidelines.
• Proven track record in managing regulatory inspections, audits, investigations, CAPA, change control and batch release.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team‑management abilities.
