HR Generalist – Night Shift

About the role

Tekboox is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support its operations during the night shift. You will be responsible for managing core HR functions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the company’s growth in a fast‑paced BPO/IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and regularly update HR policies aligned with company objectives and legal standards.
• Design, track and evaluate departmental and individual KPIs to drive performance.
• Manage employee grievances, relations, negotiations and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Create and maintain HR SOPs for streamlined operations.
• Oversee accurate payroll processing and attendance management.
• Lead performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, evaluations and feedback.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and support onboarding when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands‑on HR Generalist experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HR software, preferably FlowHCM.
