HR Generalist – Recruitment & Employee Coordination

About the role

Ghalib International is looking for a structured and execution‑driven HR Generalist to oversee daily HR operations across the organization. The role focuses on recruitment, employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, compliance, documentation, and employee coordination. Payroll processing is not part of the responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital), contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
• Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and coordinate disciplinary actions with department heads.
• Ensure company policies are implemented, support policy development, and maintain compliance with labor laws.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and supporting engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate performance evaluation cycles and maintain appraisal records.
• Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, attendance trends, and hiring status.
• Manage resignation processes, conduct exit interviews, and ensure proper handover and record closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
