Manager Reporting & Insights

About the role

PTCL is seeking a Manager Reporting & Insights to lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of interactive dashboards covering revenue, profitability, forecasts, budgets, sales performance and regional analysis. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, performing revenue reconciliation and delivering actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards for revenue, KPIs, profitability, forecasts, budgets and sales performance.
• Perform revenue reconciliation by validating dashboard figures against source systems and financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual revenue reports with variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and prior-year performance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Product, IT, CRM and other stakeholders to collect, validate and resolve data issues.
• Ensure dashboard governance through access controls, version management and data confidentiality, while identifying automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science or Finance.
• 5–8 years of experience in management reporting, financial planning & analysis, commercial analytics or business intelligence.
