About the role

Join our 2‑month Market Research Recruitment Trainee program and gain hands‑on experience in sourcing respondents and industry experts for B2B market research projects. You will work closely with senior recruiters, develop practical recruitment skills, and have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position upon successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit suitable respondents and industry experts for market research assignments.
• Conduct outreach through professional networks, online platforms, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Evaluate and screen potential participants against specific project requirements.
• Research relevant professionals and identify appropriate subject‑matter experts.
• Maintain organized recruitment records and keep internal databases up to date.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets and project timelines.
• Support multiple ongoing research projects through respondent recruitment and expert sourcing.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of recruited participants according to project specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in market research, recruitment, or expert sourcing.
• Excellent online research and sourcing capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
