Sr. Recruitment Executive (International)

About the role

The International Recruiter leads global talent acquisition initiatives, sourcing and onboarding candidates across multiple regions while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. You will partner with hiring managers worldwide to design recruitment strategies that support business objectives and diversity goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Source top talent using international job boards, social media, and global networks.
• Collaborate with regional HR and hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with international labor laws, visa requirements, and internal hiring policies.
• Conduct market research on hiring trends, competitor activity, and salary benchmarks.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, diversity ratios) and report to leadership.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to build inclusive global teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in international or cross‑border recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles across countries and time zones.
• Strong knowledge of international labor and immigration regulations.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and global recruitment technologies.
