About the role
The Senior Manager, Client Services leads commercial activities and client relationship management for one or more lines of business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own day‑to‑day operations, revenue accountability, and strategic planning for key client programs.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain collaborative, client‑focused relationships at all levels of the client organization and within IBEX Global.
- Serve as the primary advocate for the client across IBEX Global’s matrixed teams, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Manage client expectations, oversee daily program activities, and drive strategic business results with top management.
- Own escalation management, guiding issues to timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal resource units and critical organizations to address business challenges.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Proven experience working with US and European clients.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
